FLYR engaged Skift to design a custom survey targeting global aviation, hospitality, and transportation leaders, which was supplemented by a strategy briefing with internal stakeholders to interpret the results.

Impact


Skift quickly activated a survey to an executive audience and delivered an easily digestible analysis on leaders’ investment priorities, their understanding of AI, and their business goals for AI. Skift framed the results within the context of the broader industry and FLYR’s own business, offering strategic recommendations on how to leverage these insights in 2024 planning, content, and marketing/sales messaging. During the strategy briefing Skift offered actionable recommendations on leveraging the data for future messaging.

Objective


FLYR sought to understand global travel and transportation executives’ mindsets around AI as well as the sector’s 2024 spending priorities as a means to identify its immediate commercial opportunities in the industry.
