Eliza O'Neil

Eliza O’Neil is Managing Director of Skift Advisory, the strategic consulting arm of Skift — the travel industry’s definitive source of news, research, and events. She leads the firm’s consulting practice advising global travel brands, destinations, and investors on growth strategy, commercial transformation, and market positioning, drawing on Skift’s proprietary data and senior industry relationships.

Prior to Skift, Eliza held senior leadership roles at Range Group, a $4.5 billion collection of luxury leisure travel companies — including Kensington Tours, Travel Edge, TripArc, and Ensemble — built on the thesis that expert travel advisors, enabled by technology, create superior travel experiences. Her operating experience across this portfolio gave her firsthand expertise in luxury travel economics, distribution, and scaling premium consumer businesses.

Earlier in her career, Eliza led loyalty strategy and consumer engagement programs at LoyaltyOne, developing expertise in data-driven marketing, customer lifetime value, and behavioral analytics. She launched her career at Oliver Wyman and A.T. Kearney, where she specialized in growth strategy across travel, financial services, and retail.

Eliza holds an MBA and HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
